Hello! 

 

My name is Kelly Wilbert and this is my twelfth year of teaching Physical Education at the elementary level.   I am originally from Upstate New York.  Upon completing graduate school, I headed to California where I served with AmeriCorps and then taught PE for a year.  In 2008, I decided to move to Colorado to enjoy the beautiful outdoors, sun, and people that it has here.  After teaching in Douglas County for eight years, I made the move to Charles Hay in 2016 and couldn't be happier!

The outdoors is my therapy.  I enjoy hiking, camping, biking, yoga, birding, and gardening.  Reading, watercoloring, and volunteering are on my list of loves as well. ​

I am so very excited to teach and learn with you all this year as we step into this new adventure!  We will have the opportunity to explore all of the skills and concepts we would in the classroom in a more creative and open-minded way.  If at any point you have any questions or would like to connect, please don't hesitate to reach out.
