Hello!

 

2020 marks my tenth year of teaching elementary music. The last four years being at Charles Hay World School and this upcoming school year serving as the Englewood eLearning K-6 music teacher. I am originally from Wisconsin and moved to Colorado four years ago with my husband, Kevin. In 2018 we had our son, Andrew, who has brought so much joy into our lives.

 

A few of my favorite hobbies consist of crafting, making music (drum set has been my primary instrument since the age of 8; however, I’ve enjoyed learning many new instruments over the years), cooking, spending time with my husband (Kevin) and son (Andrew), and being outdoors with friends and family. My family and I also love any Wisconsin sports (Go Badgers, Packers, Brewers, and Bucks!)

 

In eLearning music this year, students and families can expect a fun, engaging online learning environment that provides children with many different opportunities to grow as a learner in music. Throughout the school year, I will be hosting weekly live online music classes as well as providing daily activities for students throughout the week. I am excited to be a part of the Englewood eLearning staff, but even more thrilled about meeting each and every one of you!
